Arts and Crafts Newsletter January 2016


We have compiled a calendar of Arts and Craft Markets for the coming year in order for us all to get a head start with organising and promoting the events. The Barn is now emptied and we had a great space for the Christmas Market, so we potentially have the Barn, Courtyard and Stable to use. The dates we have are:


Christmas events will be confirmed at a later date.


Please let me know as soon as possible if you are interested in any dates.


Any help and ideas regarding future events and promotions would be much appreciated. Flyers and posters will be available for us to promote at work/local businesses/friends/neighbours etc. If anyone has any contacts, please let me know.


We are in the process of developing a web store which will allow visitors to buy tickets for upcoming events and purchase arts, crafts and gifts from M.A.D.E. @ No18, as well as an opportunity to add a few of your designs and reach a wider audience.


If you are interested please send a short blog and some pictures (these will also be used on a periodical basis of feature artists on the M.A.D.E.@No18 website).  The artist will retain 60% of the marked price.


Many Thanks for your support in 2015. A bit of a slow start, but we have the opportunity to develop the Arts and Crafts Markets at this great venue.

Every effort will be made to locate the stalls undercover.


Unloading From 7.30. All stall holders must be set up by 9.30 as the café and event will be open at 10.00.


1. Deposit 50% non-refundable deposit is payable to secure space once booking is confirmed 2. Payment Total cost of £20 per table. The balance to be paid on or prior to the event date.


Places will be subject to a selection process to maintain quality and ensure a balance of exhibits. We will contact you as soon as we can.





Stallholders must only sell items that have been designed and made by the stallholder.


Stallholders must be responsible for the good behaviour of their children.


M.A.D.E.@No18 cannot be held responsible for spoiled or lost stock, or stock left overnight.


Please clear you own rubbish in the bins provided.


If cancellation is necessary these will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.


All electrical equipment must be P.A.T tested.
